The booking form and these terms and conditions, form an integral part of the booking contract and there will be no variation unless accepted in writing by both parties.
-
The following terms and conditions are set out to help all parties be aware of and clear about the services provided for their wedding day and the
responsibilities of all parties involved. Weddings are filmed as they happen with no retakes normally possible. It is this spontaneity that makes them so special and memorable.
-
We agree to allow all footage recorded on your wedding day (minus any footage of children under the age of 16 that are made known to Two Towers Media) to be
used by Two Towers Media in any future marketing campaigns.
-
Two Towers Media will complete the production of the final video together with any extras ordered, if applicable, within 6 weeks of the wedding date.
-
The balance of the amount due will become payable 6 weeks before the wedding date.
-
All dates are not secured until a booking fee of £50 is payed. This is non-refundable.
Cancellation
-
All cancellations must be in writing (email or letter).
-
All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In the event of a postponement or cancellation. The following refund policy applies after full payment has been made.
4 - 6 weeks 50% of the balance will be refunded.
2 - 4 weeks 25% of the balance will be refunded.
0 - 2 weeks 10% of the balance will be refunded.
- Should, for whatever reason, we (Two Towers Media) need to cancel there will be a full refund of all monies paid which is the limit of any liability on the part of Two Towers Media.
- If government impose restrictions do not allowing your wedding to go ahead, we will transfer your booking fee to a new date if we available.
- If you do change your date and there are no government restrictions in place you many incur a price increase depending on what is displayed on the website, this may differ from what you were
quoted.
Filming
-
It is your responsibility to obtain any permissions, licences and pay any fees to any venues/locations or entertainers/musicians performing, where filming
will take place (if applicable).
-
Unless you advise us otherwise, we will assume all persons attending the wedding have consented to being filmed.
-
We respect the wishes and regulations of anyone officiating at the wedding ceremony which may limit where we position cameras and other equipment. There may
be other restrictions such as a limit to movement around the venue or certain parts of the ceremony which we are not allowed to film.
-
We make every effort to produce a quality film and ensure all our equipment is of the highest quality and regularly maintained. We employ several back-up
strategies for sound and vision however, we cannot be held responsible for any lighting, sound or interference issues caused by circumstances outside our control. This includes
camera/equipment failure, adverse lighting, noise issues and restrictions imposed by venues.
-
We use our professional expertise and discretion to ensure that significant parts of the day are recorded. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be
able to record every aspect of the day as filming takes place 'live'. We retain artistic licence.
-
We make every effort to arrive at locations on time but we cannot be held responsible for lateness or non-attendance caused by circumstances outside our
control such as traffic delays, severe weather conditions, unforeseen illness/incapacity, accident, technical, camera or equipment failure. In such circumstances we will contact you as soon
as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
-
We aim to be as discreet as possible during the day and work alongside the official photographer. We follow the events of the day as they happen and
therefore, are not in control of the setting. This may lead to some images being in high shadow/contrast or partial/temporary obstruction of subjects being filmed or issues of low/mumbled/no
sound. We may be unable to take footage if the official photographer is not willing to allow filming when they are working.
-
Whilst we aim to film as much as possible during the day, we cannot guarantee a minimum amount of footage that will be taken on the day or a minimum length
for a couple’s film, this is due to the ‘live-event’ nature of the day and the unique structure of each individual wedding.
-
If at any point during the wedding day any member of the Two Towers Media team are abused or threaten we reserve the right to leave. We will consult
venue staff and yourselves first.
- All packages are classed as highlights, we cannot guarantee capturing everything on the day. We will do our best to capture key moments throughout the wedding day.
- Unless you have purchased to have the ceremony and speeches in full, we may not record all of those parts of the day. We will do our best to capture the key moments, but if you are thinking
about upgrading or having these in full, you will need to let us know before the wedding day.
- Officiates may ask us to only be in certain places that may not offer the best view but we have to go along with their request. We will do our best to get the shots we need from where we are
asked to stand.
- Church hymns or any music played during the day are subject to copyright and cannot be used within your video.
- Readings maybe subject to copyright we would need the details of the readings to find out if they are or not.
- The bronze package does not include audio. If that is your package then we do not record audio from the ceremony and speeches. If you think you might want this, you would need to let us
know before the wedding day so we can have the correct equipment.
- Silver and Gold packages will include selected parts of the ceremony and speeches including the audio. We may not record the whole these parts at the time. If you think you would want to have
the ceremony and speeches in full, you would need to let us know before the wedding day.
Drone Work
-
The drones we use are under 249g so can fly in the CAA open category A1. This means we can 50m over uninvolved people but always maintaining line of sight.
For persons to be counted as involved must have an in person safety briefing by the pilot before the flight begins. We may fly lower when no other persons are within 50m of the drone to get
the establishing shots of your venue.
-
Drone can only fly in certain areas. We use Drone Assist
App to tell us these areas that are safe to fly. If your venue is in a no fly zone we will not fly. This includes areas where the air space is controlled by the local airport.
-
If your venue has a no drone policy, then we will not be able to fly unless we have written permission that we are able to fly.
-
Flying the drone is weather dependent. We cannot fly in high winds (30mph +) at 50m in the air. We cannot fly when it’s raining or snowing. We use UAV
Forecast to help us plan but will not know until the day if it’s safe to fly.
-
Drones have a limited amount of safe flying time. As much as they state they have 21 minutes of flying time, we have to operate in a safe manner, leaving up
to 25% of battery life to return safely to where we took off from. In strong winds that are safe to fly in we have to make sure we have more than enough battery to return home. This reduces
our flight time to around 15 minutes per battery.
