FAQs

What services do you offer?

We offer video highlights of your wedding day. From 10 minutes up to 30 minutes, the perfect length to watch back.

What does your wedding package include?

All our packages have up to 8 hours of filming (gold and platinum package has up to 10 hours), we are never there for half a day we are always there a minimum of from guests arriving through till after your first dance. You will then receive a private digital download of your video.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Contact us as soon as possible, we have couples book us 12 to 18 months in advance! But also it’s never too late, we have had couples book us 8 days before the wedding! It’s always worth asking no matter what.

Can we book in a call before we book?

Of course we can chat on zoom or on the phone to go through any questions you may have.

How do we secure our date?

It's a £50 booking fee to secure your date. Then the remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the wedding.

Do I need a second videographer?

It all depends on your day. Two videographers will give you maximum coverage getting every angle, specially during the ceremony and speeches. If you are having those in full, having two of us there will off best coverage. Also if you are getting married at a church or getting ready at a different location then having two of us allows us to stay with you getting ready till you leave while the other is at the venue. If your wedding is at one location then just one of us can cover everything we need to make your video.

Do you cover more than one wedding per day?

We only ever film one wedding per day, so you will get our full attention. We guarantee we do not sent a third party to film your wedding, it will always be Graham attending your day.

Is there a charge for travelling?

Anywhere over 50 miles from our base in Honeybourne, Worcestershire there will be a travel charge of 50p per mile..

What kind of technology do you use?

Our main cameras are the Sony A7 IV with a variety of different prime and zoom lenses to get the best shots possible. We like to keep everything small and light so we can move around quickly but also so you don't notice that we are there. We also use action cameras to get into those small spaces and moving shots as well as lapel microphones and recorders to get the best sound possible.

Do you use drones?

Yes we do. It is available for all package but weather and location dependant.

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Extra filming ours can be arranged before your wedding day.

What are the forms of payment?

Main form of payment is through a BACS Transfer, but we do accept cheques as well. Some customers pay in instalments which we happily accept.

How do you work?

We often work alone; a second videographer can be requested. Couples always comment afterward that they don’t noticed we were there, I love natural footage and filming people enjoying themselves without feeling awkward. We like to step back and look in, the only time we get close is during the dancing to really capture the atmosphere.

What Time Do You Arrive & Depart?

Depending on your needs we can arrive as early or late as you like. Times will be discussed on booking. We will always depart on the evening after your first dance or at 8:30pm (whichever comes first).

Which venues are you close too?

We are based in Honeybourne, Worcestershire and starting with the closest to us, we have the following within 15 minutes:

Cider Mill Barns

Norton Grounds

Lapstone Barn

The Wood Norton

Dumbleton Hall

Deer Park Hall

Can we include music from our day?

Unfortunately we can’t include any music from the day, wether it is being played by live musicians or a playback tracks as they are subject to copyright law (this does include anything from your ceremony, reception, speeches, first dance and evening). We do try and match the music as best we can from our music supplier. Currently we are using Soundstripe which you are welcome to have a look at and ask to include certain tracks from there in your final video.
